Your Character & Stats

Character name (include armory link):
Hackerus -

Character class:

Character spec/offspec (Please describe your experience with, and gear level (not gearscore) of your offspec set):
Balance MS since i started palying WoW, atm i'm almost full heroic SoO geared (missing trinket and ring and weapon), i keep my talents/gems up to date same for any changes that happen for balance druids. Also have resto OS with decent ilvl, but experience as resto is quite low in MoP, i only healed some bosses here and there

Please explain why you selected these talents and why you believe they are optimal for your raid performance:
Tier 1 - Feline Swiftness - Overall speed increase that helps move from shit places faster
Tier 2 - Ysera's Gift - passive self and raid heal
Tier 3 - Typhoon - CC tier where typhoon is normally best choice overall
Tier 4 - Incarnation - Best DPS increase from all 3possible talents (although week 1 Norushen HC kill i went FoN for that extra damage since those treant didn't get -% damage on boss)
Tier 5 - Ursol's Vortex - another CC talent where overall vortex is the best, Disorienting Roar or Mighty Bash can be used when needed
Tier 6 - Heart Of The Wild - passive int increase which means more SP and more damage, overall top damage option, also usefull for when my Tranq is required for raid healing

Please explain why you selected your glyphs, and why they are beneficial over alternate glyphs:
CR with 100% HP is must-have glyph, both others for stampeding roar are usefull for me being able to cast it in boomkin form and to increase radius.
Some fights require different glyphs though, for exmaple on Malkorok i need to unglyph for stamp. roar glyphs to help with debuff in p2, also shooting stats is mandatory glyph there or i pull aggro on blobs, on some fights where slows are needed glyphed hurricane is great option

Character professions (and how these benefit your raid performance):
Enchanting - 160 more INT per ring
Tailoring - Cloak enchant
From all professions these two give among best dps increase since i gain 320 INT from ring enchants alone and chance to proc 2k INT for 15sec from cloak tailoring enchant

How do you rate your primary / secondary stats in order of importance? Explain why / how you came to this conclusion:
HIT (till 15%) > INT > HASTE (to 10289) > CRIT > MASTERY > HASTE
General stat priority for boomkin. Bassically reach 15% hit so we don't miss boss with our spells, higher intelect means more SP, 10289 is haste number for our breakpoint where our dots gain 1 extra tick. After that it's crit to have change for more Shooting Stars procs from our dots, mastery and extra haste over breakpoint.

Explain your reforging strategy, and why it benefits your character:
Similarto stat priority, get to haste breakpoint, then crit > mastery > haste. Benefits are same as stated above, more crits more SS procs, mastery makes our eclipse damage higher and extra haste means lower cast time by small margin

Total /played time:
399 days 17 hours on Hackerus, around 500 days total on all chars
Total /played time at 90:
64 days

Please provide detailed information on your raiding history throughout previous expansions, and your experience level of current raiding hard modes (please specify 10 or 25 man experience):
WOTLK - 12/12 ICC HC 25man
CATA - 13/13 HC 25man frist tier, 6/7 HC 25man FL
took break from game and came back in MoP 1st tier
MOP - pugged 14/14 normal with few HCs in first tier (10man mainly), came back to raiding and did 13/13 HC 25man in ToT and i'm currently on 12/14 HC 25man in SoO

In the current raiding tier, how would you approach the different encounters and how would your class benefit progression / the raiding squad:
For start I'd learn all I can from boss before 1st pull, watch some videon of range (pref baalnce druid) PoW. I'd see which talents and glyphs are best options for fights and use those. Overall typhoon, vortex, tranquility and instand combat ress are most beneficial things that me as balance cruid can provide in raid.
For example:
- Norushen first week - FoN for mroe damage
- Malkorok - unglyph both roar glyphs, glyph shooting stars
- Siegecrafter - vortex for mines, glyphed hurricane to help them being CCed
- Garrosh - Vortex for add control or disorienting roar for aoe interrupt

Please provide recent WoW Web Stat, World of Logs reports (or similar):

Previous guild(s) and reasons for leaving:
Outcasts - Left to 9th order since raiding on sproeggar was/is basically non existant
9th order - got demoted to social rank due to my work scedule (posted on forum that i'll be more or less afk for 2 week since i was working 4 shifts, got demoted 2 days before i started 2 night shifts), left the guild to join my old friend from sporregar and her guilld

Raid attendance in your previous guild:
near 100% until i started working on 8th November

Do you have Ventrilo/Mumble and a working microphone:
Yes and yes

Please list all sources you commonly use for Theorycrafting:
elitist jerks, mmo forum and any other usefull sites

Please provide a list of addons you use which help you perform your role in raids:
Balance Power Tracker, WeakAuras, Tidy Plates Threat Plates, Deadly Boss Mods, Bartender, MSBT, OmniCC, SUF, Malkorok helper

Are you able to make our raid times? We only raid three days so expect potential applicants to be able to make all of them:
As i told to Ayd already in our convo, i'm working 2 shifts at the moment so i cannot have 100% attendance atm but when WoD hits i'll get to my spot at work and i'll be there long enough to be able to switch to as many morning shifts as possible when progress comes

Provide a high resolution screenshot or preferably video displaying all your keybindings and your user interface in a raiding environment. This is a mandatory field to allow us to inspect your choice of UI and keybindings. Failure to include a screenshot with your application will result in a decline:

General Information

Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so please provide details regarding spec/gear:
I have many alts (DK, lock, hunter, mage, monk, warrior) but none of them is geared for decent raiding (hence, i don't even have legendary meta/cloak on any of them). If required i can level one of those (pref lock or ele shamy) as my main in WoD but i would prefer playing balance druid since i now it the most

What type of internet connection do you have, how reliable is it and what is your typical raiding latency (Also please provide result):
4MB download, 0.5MB upload. Connection is stable and my latency is sub 100ms, around 50-60 in raids.

Do you have a Authenticator attached to this account:
Yes i have

Reasons why you would like to join (and what you expect from Pure):
I want to join decent raiding guild which doesnt raid 5+ days per week because of my work. I've also heared Deboom talk very highly of you. I love to raid, especially with likeminded people who tend to put their best in raids.
From Pure i expect friendly atmosphere with full focus in raids on raid days.

How did you hear of Pure:
I've known you from Deboom since we talked about current raid tier and boss tactic and mechanics quite a bit

What you think you can bring to Pure:
I am mature player that loves to wipe, progress and raid. I have working microphone and i'm always vocal. I also always come to raids prepared with flasks, food and consumables.

Additional notes from you:
Thank you for your time reading this application and hope to see you in /g soon ;)
also, i don't mind application, but the interface for it is a bit meh :P
