What is your guild and raid history and what is the reason for leaving said guilds?

Wrath of the Lich King:

TDO - This was the first guild that invited me when I started playing the game in wrath, I was pretty much just a social at the point so I'm not sure why I left.

Pure - I was in Pure for a few months as a social when my brother was raiding in the guild mid Wrath; I left to go horde to raid.

The Blood of Immortals - The first guild that invited me when I went Horde, I left them to Join Focus in order to raid during ICC as they had stopped raiding at that point.

Focus - During ICC I had to step down from raiding as my computer at the time wasn't able to cope with raiding as it was a pretty bad laptop.

Cataclysm

Fighters Return - When I got a new PC I decided to go back to Alliance and this is the first guild that I joined, this was more of a friends and family raiding guild and I decided to leave mid Blackwing Descent to join Wasted for more progression.

Wasted - The guild fell apart at the end of Cataclysm when the guild/raid leader wouldn't listen to the other officers and the officers and most of the raiders decided to leave and form a new guild for the start of Mists.

Mist of Pandaria

Motion - This guild was the remnants of Wasted and it started up during the start of Mists, however during the start of the first tier I got burned out from all of the dailies and decided to take a month break and when I came back there was no spot for me.

Deaths Per Second - I was in this guild for the rest of Mists and the start of Warlords, I decided to leave during the start of Blackrock Foundry as the atmosphere in raids had got really toxic and I decided to go and join my friends in Nova.

Warlords of Draenor

Nova - I was in this guild only for a few months as a decent amount of the top players decided to leave to make their own guild on another realm and the guild fell apart.

Entity - I joined Entity after Nova fell apart but during Hellfire Citadel it became fairly apparent that the leadership where bringing in too many low quality players and it was hampering progress and during the start of mythic HFC I decided to leave to join Questionable Ethics for a more progress orientated environment.

Questionable Ethics - During the end of Hellfire Citadel the guild leader no longer wanted to lead as he was doing everything on his own and didn't want to continue with that and nobody stepped up to help so the guild decided to stop raiding.

Legion

Entity - After Questionable Ethics stop I went back to Entity as I was told the leadership was planning on taking progress more seriously during Legion, however during Nighthold we were suffering with roster issues as a lot of people got burned out from the grind and we weren't able to recruit enough in order to keep mythic raids going and the leadership decided to call it a day and stop raiding.

Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so, what is your raiding experience with your alts?

During most expansions I like to keep my hunter up to date with alt runs, it currently has 2 of the BiS legendaries but sadly not the boots.

Why do you want to join Pure and what goals do you have?

I am looking to join Pure as I am looking to play with people that are on a higher level of play than most of the people that I have been playing with recently, after Entity died I decided to take a few weeks to decide what I wanted to do with the game and I have decided that I want to push progress more than I have been recently, I'm currently missing raiding and looking to get back into it.

As for my goals I would say that I am looking to clear content while it is still relevant at a high pace than I have been at recently and I believe Pure is the place to do that on this realm.

What do you think you can bring to Pure and what do you expect of us as a guild?

I think that I can bring a player that is always striving to improve his play and to stay as competitive as possible, I am always looking at sources for any class or spec that I am playing such as watching streams, keeping up forums and discords. I consider myself to be a very quick learner and I can adapt to new situations and mechanics quicker than most. I am also online every day trying to improve my play and position as a player and I am very much up for the up and coming AP grind in 7.2 next week.

I would say that I would expect Pure to be a well organised raid team that is able to clear content at the pace that I am currently looking for. I would also expect you to challenge me on my play so that I can improve and continue to be on top of my game. I would expect an environment that takes raiding seriously but is also up for a good laugh.

How did you hear of Pure?

I have been on the same realm as Pure since I started playing in wrath but most recently I saw on wowprogress that you have a high recruitment status for moonkins.

Do you know anyone in Pure that can vouch for you?

Nobody that is currently in the guild.

Additional notes:

I know I am applying pretty late in the tier and that I only have 3/10 progress but that was the best that I could do while being on this realm and not already in Pure. I still believe that I will be able to adapt to the higher progress that Pure has and be a good addition to the team.
