What is your guild and raid history and what is the reason for leaving said guilds?
I've been raiding since Vanilla so the list of guilds I've been in is huge. Few guilds worth mentioning would be finnish guild<Jäätikön Sankarit> - Twisting Nether where I cleared whole TBC content and Ulduar in WotLK.
In Warlords I joined <Stark Industries> - Tarren Mill and cleared most of Highmaul & BRF mythic in the main raiding team. Due to some personal issues with the raid leader back then, I hopped aboard <Consanguineus> - Kazzak. With them I managed to finish BRF mythic and cleared full HFC mythic well before the launch of Legion. During Emerald Nightmare progression Consanguineus' roster began to fall apart and I felt like my contribution is going to waste with them. Therefore I joined <Pure Luck> - Draenor when Trial of Valor was released. We managed to kill Helya M before Nighthold patch and cleared 8/10M Nighthold.
I was more than happy with my current guild until yesterday we heard the news in our guild, that our GM is quitting along side with a row of players, which lead to declining all planned raids and sooner or later the guild would be disbanded. Raiding means everything to me in World of Warcraft and I simply can't stick to a guild that is not doing high end mythic content anymore.
My raiding experience in total is:
Vanilla: Prophet from AQ40 and previous content
TBC: Full content
WotLK: Full content
Cataclysm: Break from WoW
MoP: Siege of Orgrimmar heroic cleared before mythic raid patch
WoD: Full content
Legion: 7/7M, 3/3M, 8/10M
Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so, what is your raiding experience with your alts?
It is a fairly fresh character with gearing still in progress. I do all available content each week to make the character mythic ready.
Why do you want to join Pure and what goals do you have?
I am very competitive player and I am always aiming to master my class. I want to give my contribution to my guild to be one of the best and clear the current content prior to next one. I spend a lot of time with the game so I want it to pay me back with successful progression. From a guild I want a friendly but still competitive raiding environment while giving the chance to be part of the community.
What do you think you can bring to Pure and what do you expect of us as a guild?
I've got experience from over 10 years of raiding in World of Warcraft and I've always been raiding on at least relatively competitive guilds. I will be able to contribute with my knowledge tactic wise. I keep myself informed with latest updates on my class and will do my best to master new changes through simulating gear, talent choices etc.
I expect you to be a high end raiding guild with competent roster and leaders. Have an enjoyable raiding environment and friendly community where I can get most out of the game. As it is a MMORPG the social side is very important to me.
How did you hear of Pure?
I've kept an eye on your progress since Trial of Valor was released. At that time my old guild disbanded and I was looking for a new one. That's when I found you guys. Back then I ended up joining Pure Luck on Draenor for ToV progression and upcoming Nighthold content.
Do you know anyone in Pure that can vouch for you?
I've played Horde since WotLK so I am not familiar with anyone from Alliance side. So I guess not :(
I've played fire mage since BRF and late HFC. Ive played mage in general since WotLK and currently running 220 days of play time.
I will be able to attend every raid with no problems. My current studies won't affect my attendance.
Thanks for your time reading my application and I wish the best of luck to you with Gul'dan and Tomb of Sargeras.
