What is your guild and raid history and what is the reason for leaving said guilds?

Ambition: I started raiding seriously in Cataclysm and ended up in this guild. It was a guild that split from Dark Glare, a long standing guild on the Sha'tar which i am a part of since late MoP. I have always raided there for the sole purpose of clearing the hardest content the game had to offer and we did quite well most of the time. We got some server firsts; Sinestra, Ra-den and Heroic Garrosh 10 man. The guild fell apart when the new Mythic format came to light and our small 10 man guild could not fill up our roster unless merging with other guilds which were not up to par and would severely hurt our progression.

Dark Glare: As stated above i had the chance to join this guild along with a few core members from Ambition and i've raided there ever since. There was a tight knit group and all in all it was a pleasurable experience. The issue this expansion was that we were bleeding raiders due to IRL stuff, being bored of the game, not liking the grindy nature of this expansion etc. This created shakey setups, kills that took way too long due to inexperienced trialists and raiders and ofcourse our number one spot on the server. Last sunday we had our final progression raid and won't be raiding mythic anymore due to our Guildmaster not enjoying the game anymore and the officer team has no intention to pick up the slack.

Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so, what is your raiding experience with your alts?

I played Blood DK in Cataclysm and early MoP, During Throne of Thunder i swapped to Protection Paladin until Legion. Not being satisfied with how Paladin changed with Legion i went Warrior during EN and Nighthold. Seeing the state in which warriors were during Nighthold i decided to go Brewmaster for Tomb of Sargeras because they are top notch together with Druids at the moment. Basically i have a huge pool of characters and specs i can play at a competitive level and if i am expected to do so i will.

Why do you want to join Pure and what goals do you have?

My goal is very simple, to clear a new raid as soon as possible on the highest difficulty. I also know i can do better than what i've achieved these first two tiers of Legion.

What do you think you can bring to Pure and what do you expect of us as a guild?

What i can bring to the table is being a dedicated and experienced player who uses his knowledge of the game to get the maximum out of every raid. I am always looking to improve myself and because of that i'm constantly theorycrafting, simming and practicing. I have been tanking for over 6 years and this experience helps me and the raid team to faster kills and more meaningful progress. I'm still in love with this game even after 8 years and i think that's very important. What i expect from a guild, like Pure and in general is a professional and stable raid environment and a strong social aspect.

How did you hear of Pure?

Do you know anyone in Pure that can vouch for you?

I'm afraid not.

Additional notes: I hope to hear from you soon and if there are any questions i'm happy to answer them ofcourse!

Hi Greytfu,

I genuinely thought I had responded to this apologies. Thank you for your application but I'm afraid we won't be able to offer you a trial. Once again really apologise for the frustration caused by not responding for a long period of time. Best of luck in the future,
