I played monk for the first few weeks on Tomb of Sargeras and related logs are found under Jonnybeskye. I made the swap due to the needs of the guild at the time. I also mained a warlock before making the switch to shadow priest and the related logs can be found under Jonnybelock. These logs go back to Hellfire Citadel.

What is your guild and raid history and what is the reason for leaving said guilds? I first entered organised raiding with Late Night on Silvermoon (who are since defunct). I joined them with the intention of starting to raid mythic, however, they were not able to amass a stable roster of 20 people.
At the start of Hellfire Citadel, I joined Once Again and transferred to Kazzak. I had a lot of fun raiding in the guild and starting mythic raiding and I took part in the full tier with them. However, they raided 3 days a week (extending to 4 on Mannoroth and Archimonde when close to a kill), ending at midnight GMT. The raid hours were too late and effected my outside of WoW so I decided to take a step back in time but a step forward in progression and applied to Rock Paper Scissors.
I have been with Rock Paper Scissors throughout all of Hellfire Citadel farm and all of Legion so far. I am friends with almost everyone in the guild, extending to meeting a couple of them on a tour of Scotland. However, I feel I have reached point where, to continue challenging myself and enjoying the game, I want to progress in raiding quality and efficiency. We have struggled with roster issues and select members causing problems for the guild during progress and, additionally, key officers now feel the need to silence members of the guild leading to a number of our core players leaving. These issues combined have led to poor progress within ToS, reaching almost 400 pulls on Mistress and Avatar Additionally, although in a two day guild, I am currently raiding 3 days a week taking part in the heroic raid. I would rather this 3rd day is mandatory progress and, as such, I wish to join a 3 day guild.
Essentially, I feel as though the time and commitment I put into the game is no longer being rewarded with the results I expect and I believe for this to improve, I need to find a new guild.
Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so, what is your raiding experience with your alts? I have a warlock: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/kazzak/jonnybelock This character was my main up until Helya in Trial of Valour and, as such, I have more played time on my warlock than my priest. I endeavour to clear heroic each week with it (starting a month ago). I also have a druid that i am working on which I would consider my third alt, up until it is raid ready. Again, my plan will be to clear heroic every week. I don't have raiding experience but, as hopefully demonstrated by monk (jonnybeskye), I feel I can pick up new play styles within a matter of weeks. https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/kazzak/jonnybedru
Why do you want to join Pure and what goals do you have? I want a home that I can be happy in for the rest of my WoW career. I enjoy becoming part of a community and really embedding myself within a guild. Enjoying this, however, involves clearing raids in the most timely manner possible with other players who I respect and who will push me to be a better player. You are a guild that prioritises high quality raiding on a relatively light schedule with the intention of clearing all content as close to pre-nerf as possible. These goals are in line with my own when it comes to high end raiding. The more difficult content, cleared more quickly and at its most fun.
What do you think you can bring to Pure and what do you expect of us as a guild? At the very least, I attend every raid prepared for the boss as best I can be, prior to pulling it.
I believe I would fit well in Pure as I am someone who is very competitive and aware of my own flaws. My philosophy is that I can always improve on my individual progress and, as such, you can expect a consistent player who aims to be quick to adapt. I am, however, humble and very open to criticism. I really enjoy progress and the constant slow process of learning a hard fight. I hope this enjoyment and excitement is something that would help buoy the guild forward through Antorus.
In Rock Paper Scissors, outside of raids, I contribute to tactics on the forum, run the attendance spreadsheet and I am generally online quite a lot and pretty chatty in the guild
How did you hear of Pure? Quite simple; I went through every 3 day guild with a world ranking of 200 or less that was looking for ranged dps for Antorus. I read all of their bios and applied to Pure as the core values of the guild were in line with my guild.
Do you know anyone in Pure that can vouch for you? No

Additional notes: There is one caveat to my application. I will be in Australia between the 29th of October and the 19th of November. Although I suspect the latency will be too high to raid, I will be using this time to farm the 75 traits required for Antorus. If it latency is suitable, I will be available to raid. I know this is a big issue in the application, however, I scheduled this trip so that it would only clash with the first Heroic week and I will be back by the Sunday. Excluding this, I have had 100% attendance throughout this progresson cycle and intend to have 100% attendance through the entirety of Antorus progress. In writing this application now, I would hope that you would have a few weeks to assess me as a raider and my ability to adapt to a new guild environment. If you can look past this issue, you would have a dedicated, consistent raider.
