What is your guild and raid history and what is the reason for leaving said guilds?

Guilds that I have raided in:

Redemption(Argent Dawn)
I joined during mid-Dragon Soul and stayed until the guild fell apart during Horridon HC progression in Throne of Thunder.

Pinnacle(Argent Dawn)
2 friends of mine got me into the guild Pinnacle after Redemption fell apart. The guild ultimately disbanded due to the GM/RL disappearing and raiders quitting.

Security(Frostmane)
A friend of mine convinced to me join Security on Frostmane, during which I participated in SoO PTR.
I ended up leaving the guild 2 weeks before SoO released, because I did not like the atmosphere during raids (which was mostly caused by a few people).
My stay in Security did not last for long.

Yermaw(Argent Dawn -> Ragnaros)
I joined Yermaw after I left Security, and progressed through entire SoO heroic with them.
With the announcement of the Mythic difficulty we felt forced to move to a realm, which had a better raiding scene (since we were a 10m guild), so we moved from Argent Dawn to Ragnaros.
I left Yermaw near the end of MoP for a couple of different reasons:
- Most of the raiders from the original 10m had left for different guilds or stopped playing.
- The new recruits also changed the atmosphere for the worse.
- I wanted to try hardcore raiding.

Immersion(Frostmane)
During my stay in Immersion I definitely satisfied my curiousity about what hardcore raiding is like.
The raid team disbanded after we killed Velhari Mythic in HFC, due to raiders constantly leaving since pretty much week 2 of mythic in Highmaul.
The guild's management did not feel like it was worth pursuing the same quality of raids, with the constantly changing roster, as back in MoP and prior.

Questionable Ethics(Doomhammer)
After Immersion disbanded I had to find a new home, and a friend of a friend was raiding in Questionable Ethics during this time.
I joined and finished HFC mythic. The guild disbanded a couple of months later.

Guilds that I was accepted for trial, but didn't get to raid in:

FatSharkYes(Shattered Hand)
During my stay in Immersion (during Kormrok mythic progress) I regrettably applied to FatSharkYes, and was accepted for trial.
However, I ended up withdrawing because I didn't want to make the situation worse for Immersion, than what it already was.

Pure(Turalyon)
A few weeks before Legion launch I was accepted for trial, but had to withdraw due to my new work schedule not being compatible with the raid hours.
Since then I have not participated in any raids apart from casual Heroic runs with a friend guild.

Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so, what is your raiding experience with your alts?

I have used my Death Knight for split runs in Immersion during all tiers of WoD. It is still level 100, so not much of use at the moment.

Paladin - No raid proper raid experience:

Shaman - Main from Dragon Soul to now. Loads of experience with both Elemental and Restoration. Enhancement has been limited to Mar'Gok mythic in Highmaul.

Why do you want to join Pure and what goals do you have?
I want to join Pure because it's a top-tier 3-day raiding guild, and consists highly skilled players, which I would like to progress on the newest Mythic bosses with.
I want to pursue high world ranks on bosses, which are of the current tier.
As you can tell from my guild history, I have been in many guilds which have disbanded not long after I joined. Pure has been around for a very long time compared to most guilds, that are around.
I would hope to create new friendships, that last for longer than a single raid tier or expansion.
It has been mentioned to me that Pure is constantly looking to improve its world ranking, which is a great motivational factor.

What do you think you can bring to Pure and what do you expect of us as a guild?
A ranged DPS and healer who has been in multiple top-end guilds, who is extremely motivated if the other raiders and environment allows for it.
I have raided on all 3 specs as a Shaman, and rerolling for me is always an option. I can be very flexible.
I am always wanting to improve when raiding. Be it UI, strategy, or how to squeeze out a little more DPS/HPS.
Someone who is not ignorant of their mistakes. I always get very upset at myself if I make a mistake, and will try my hardest to not have it happen again.

How did you hear of Pure?
Tarasin and Kaxxy raided in Pure when I originally applied back in WoD.
Questionable Ethics was also on the same shared-realm, so I naturally couldn't avoid hearing about Pure.

Do you know anyone in Pure that can vouch for you?
If Ally, Chrisums and Mcmick has anything positive to say about me, I suppose ;)
Also Tarasin and Kaxxy.

Your battle.tag: Taki#2338

Additional notes:
Since Pure is not recruiting an Elemental shaman (and shaman in general), I would be applying as a different class, which depends on Pure's needs.
Therefore I have included my shaman's warcraftlogs, armory and UI.
I would personally prefer playing as a Shadow Priest.
