What is your guild and raid history and what is the reason for leaving said guilds?

I play since Vanilla Molten Core, I have been in many guilds during so many years so I will focus only on those of greater importance. I want to add here that I have never been kicked out of a guild, I was always an active member of community and a core raider in each guild I have been in. In most of them I still have alts on social.
Main reasons for switching guilds was getting better and wanting to play with better players, to progress and reach higher scores, clear content faster and compete with the best.

<Czarna Kompania> It was my first guild ever and here I learned the basics. Cleared everything up to some
bosses in NAXXRAMAS 40. We didnt have enough good players to finish it though. We had higher hopes
for the Burning Crusade.

TBC (Cleared everything before any nerf’s/next content):
<Czarna Kompania> Started in this guild, finished some of the first bosses like Kara/Magtheridon/Gruuls Lair, some of SSC and TK. Then I have noticed that I can do more and play with better guild already, I wanted to play more serious, I got accepted in <Ninth Order> on Frostmane. We have cleared SSC / TK / BT and progressed Sunwell. At this point people started to get tired of demanding content. Many raids were cancelled. I switched guilds again, this time I went to very good and very cool guild <Guilty as Sin> on Twilight’s Hammer. We cleared SWP before nerf.

WOTLK (Cleared everything before any nerf’s/next content):
My guild disbanded I got accepted in <Slashcry> on Kazzak where I played as a core raider during ULDUAR and TOC25 progression, we have got some world top#9-50 kills. During Icecrown PTR i had a break, I came back in the middle of Icecrown progression, but my spot was already filled. I went to check out best polish guild then <Accidentally> on Burning Legion. We have cleared the rest of WOTLK content before patch.

CATACLYSM (Cleared everything before any nerf’s/next content):

Madness of Deathwing Heroic 25 - world 85

PANDARIA (Played a lot untill Throne of Thunder, then I stopped playing Hardcore):

She of Fear Heroic 25 - world 16 / Grand Empress Shek'zeer Heroic 25 - world 14 / Will of Emperor Heroic 25 - world 15
Since then I came back for some kills or to progress some bosses, I was asked to help on Blackhand
progression as we really needed a rogue but unfortunetly i was not on a first kill. I have cleared Archimonde
and Garrosh ahead of the curve but more like a social member than raider and a lot later than guild itself.
After that most of our members stopped playing or left, I become a casual player, later on in Legion I joined
a polish casual guild <Barbarzyncy> where I tried to raid some in antorus and cleared some mythics up to
Coven of Shivarra. Then the group disbanded untill BFA.

Curently we are trying to progress Uldir Mythic with 3 days a week raiding schedule similar to yours. We have killed Taloc and Mother and are progressing trough Zek’Vos. I although want to push a little bit harder again and play with team that I feel share my dedication for raiding. I dont see myself fit in this group as the curve of learning new mechanics and encounters or even level of focus on raid is to low for my taste. On farm bosses we have no problems filling spots on raid. For progress we already had a situation we had to wait for about 40 minutes for the first pull and it is just the start of expansion. It is lack of respect for my and everyone elses time, which i think is too precious for wasting like that. I joined this guild for casual raiding and to be a part of very social community but recently I figured that it is possible to do solid progression and character development with the time I have to spare for WoW. All it takes is the right people around and proper preparation and mindset.

Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so, what is your raiding experience with your alts?

I have few alts but I use them for some light Mythic plus or gold farming scenarious. I dont want to raid with them unless it is really necesairy. I have no extensive experience playing those classes as I raided as main rogue for 15 years and never even concidered rerolling.

Why do you want to join Pure and what goals do you have?

I am looking for a new home for some time now because I think I am not fit for the guild I am in currently.
I figured what I expect from new guild though, first I really want to raid maximum of 3 days a week
(with some exceptions of course like beggining of expansion.). I want people to come prepared for raid,
respect eachother, leaders to have experience and dedication needed. After many years I also want to join
international guild once again. My goal is simple - to feel that I am progressing in raid, to feel that other
players have put their time in preparation as I did. I dont need to be world first, I just really dont want to feel like I am banging my head against the wall while everyone around repeat the same mistakes over and over again. I want to clear content in a timely manner.

What do you think you can bring to Pure and what do you expect of us as a guild?

I kind of pointed out my expectations above. As for me I believe I expect the same from myself. I think
I am a nice guy, mature player, fast learner, I respect others and their time, I am really competetive so I always try to push all i can from my character. If I see I am behind, I search and improve. I try to contribute to raids and not only blindly follow what others say. I am not a troll nor drama queen. To Pure I can bring 15 years of experience as a Rogue, many of which I was playing in a top world HC progressing guilds.

How did you hear of Pure?

I have found Pure on wowprogress :). I am checking guild there on a daily baiss now, I do my research,
I watch rogues, warcraftlogs, teams, etc. As I said I am looking for new home for some time now.

Do you know anyone in Pure that can vouch for you?

No, i dont believe there is. Unless someone played with me in any other guild I played during my WoW time.
I never changed nickname even though it is indeed my second Rogue.

Additional notes:

I dont have much to add at this point, If you think that another Rogue might be usefull to your team,
I believe I can be a good addition to Pure’s lineup. I believe I can catch up quickly, and if I get my chance
as a trial I wont dissapoint.

Thanks for reading,

Hi Mariishka,

Thanks for your application, we'll review it and get back to you shortly. It's not a problem but the reason you're not able to edit your post is because you've set up a throwaway account rather than setting up a guest account. Cheers,

Hi Mariishka,

Thanks again for your application. I'm afraid we won't be able to offer you a trial. Best of luck in the future,

I must admit it is really really really sad to hear that. I believe that <Pure> might be the good place for me but ofcourse I respect your decision. Do you mind giving me a tip on what was the worst part of my application so I could work on that in the future? I dont see many guilds I like so who knows, maybe in few months I will be reapplying to <Pure> again.
