Since 8.1 I had FPS difficulties which I have since fixed by now, however it did affect my performance on the 2 Logs I provided. I am afraid that my Guild logs privately, so I don’t have a lot of Logs to show. Also, we were bound to the healing CD’s that have been assigned to us, this is reflected in the Mythraxx kill in M2. I know that it is pretty ridiculous to have the first Revival at 3:30, when there is continuous burst Damage coming in every 30 seconds, but I followed my Heal officers ruling.

What is your guild and raid history and what is the reason for leaving said guilds?
BFA: Manged Clear Heroic with GMS and then applied to different Guilds. I got into Aluren as a Disc Priest but rerolled to Monk as it was needed (roughly 6 weeks ago). I got more into Mythic Plus as well, scoring close to 1,8k Points in Raider IO, and cleared 8/8 Mythic in Uldir with Aluren. I have leveled a Paladin recently and have been doing weeklies with 3 Healer Classes. I am planning on leveling a Shaman and a Druid, and learning all of them, to get a better insight in healing and to fulfill a more versatile Healer Role. Although Aluren allowed me to finally join the Mythic Scene and helped me to prove I can indeed play Mythic Content, I am looking to improve myself even further. Aluren does not allow for much freedom regarding healing and experimenting with mechanics, additionally the critique was sometimes questionable; I was advised to heal all Omega Vector Targets during Intermission with Enveloping Mists, which in my opinion is hard to achieve regarding position and suicide regarding Mana expenditure. The motivation and determination to clear has been a big let-down since progression ended, often resulting in not reclearing G’huun, I know the loot isn’t that great to make G’huun a requirement to kill, but the general sloppiness is something I did not look forward to. Aluren tends to go the easy way and give up if they do not succeed immediately, this was reflected in the Heroic Raids, which stopped after a single night of bad play, and the RBG’s which stopped after it ended with a 1:4 win-loss ratio. Additionally, Aluren tends to stick with old Tactics, and do not try to make runs more efficient or adjust to better tactics once they cleared (for example the M.O.T.H.E.R. tactic wasn’t changed until the last Raid, and Healers weren’t reduced in encounters until 2 weeks ago either). I do like the idea of playing more than one Character actively, I know you do not require to have an alt and to run splits, but it would be something I am very interested in doing as it would help me learn and improve in general. In the end I would like to Raid in a more goal-oriented environment, with a group that has focus and a professional mindset.
TLDR: GMS then Aluren. Rerolled from Priest to Monk. Cleared 8/8 Mythic Uldir and 1,783 Raider IO Score. Leaving for various reasons including the want to play in a more professional environment, expanding my current knowledge and having more freedom to heal and improve myself.

Legion: I didn’t play Legion and re-joined the game about 2-3 months prior to BFA. I had a really hard time finding groups for anything since I did not have any Curve Achievements or Raider.IO Scores. I started off with the Monk, and when I applied to roughly 25 Guilds and got declined everywhere, often before the Application process I used very old contacts (7 years+) to get into GMS (GanzMieseSchlägertruppe) as a Priest. Pugnas Rache and GMS used to be Rivals back in the day, hence some of them knew my name. I entered as a Shadow since heal spots were full, but 1 week prior to BFA a heal spot opened and I have played and learned Disc ever since.
TLDR: Didn’t play; No Raidspot, Used old Contact to get a Raidspot as a Disc with GMS at the very end of Legion

WoD: Didn’t play

MoP: I rerolled to Monk Mistweaver with MoP and raided with Aurora-Stormrage. I managed to be part of the core group who rarely got switched out, but I had to leave the guild quite early in the expansion to Study in Australia. I gave them 6 months ahead notice, and after I gave the notice they searched, and I got taken with less. So, I cleared Mogushan Vaults with them, and then played a benched position.
TLDR: Monk Heal reroll, stopped playing the addon early do to Abroad Studies in Australia.

Cata: Didn’t play – Towards the end I applied by Aurora-Stormrage with my priest for a Monk Heal Spot in MoP. I left Pugnas Rache since the Raid drastically declined in my break (left because of School for a year). They liked my healing and trusted I would be a valuable asset even on a different class.
TLDR: Didn’t Play – Preprep for Monk Heal in MoP with Aurora-Stormrage

WotLK: This was my Primetime (I don’t count MoP since it was too short). I applied to Pugnas Rache extremely early in the addon, I thought even though I was young it would be worth the shot, and the risk paid off. I progressed with Pugnas Rache throughout the addon and got Realm First Achievements for Algalon and The Trial of the Grand Crusader. I stopped I think 1-2 Weeks before they got the HC kill on the Lich King because of School. I played Holy Priest, Disc and Shadow. I was lucky enough that the raid trusted me to fill every roll they needed. I don’t think I missed a single Raid during this time.
TLDR: Joined Pugnas Rache (Realm First), stopped playing at the end of expansion do to school. Priest Holy>Disc>Shadow Main.

TBC: This is when my Priest emerged. I did play Vanilla but I was too young to understand the game. I got a chance to join 25Hebauf, a non-known guild on Alleria and cleared Gruul, Vashj and part of Hyjal with them. I was appointed to be the Heal Officer with 14, which was tough but I managed to gain respect. The Guild disbanded and most of the core was picked up by another guild whom I cannot remember the name of (possible Kuss des Todes). I cleared Hyjal, and The Black Temple with the guild (after the nerf). I have never seen the Sunwell Plateau in TBC. I also cleared the time run in Zul Amani and have the mount to prove it, in shadow specc.
TLDR: First Raid with 14, Heal Officer Position, Priest Heal in Raids, Shadow in Zul Aman.

Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so, what is your raiding experience with your alts?
I currently have 2 Alts, a Priest and a Paladin.
Priest: https://worldofwarcraft.com/de-de/character/tarren-mill/Vivispriest; The Priest cleared 4/8 Mythic as Disc. The HoA is Level 31. I feel quite comfortable with the Priest as I played it at the beginning of the expansion and have a pretty extensive Priest Background.
Paladin: https://worldofwarcraft.com/de-de/character/tarren-mill/Vivispaladin; The Paladin did 1 Heroic Raid, the HoA is Level 27, I don’t feel too comfortable on it. I do my weekly keys with it, and have gotten more secure in Healing in M+, but I haven’t been investing too much time into this alt.

Why do you want to join Pure and what goals do you have?
I covered some of this in the Post above when I talked about previous Guilds and why I want to leave Aluren. But to summarize it up again. My Goal is to Raid in a professional and goal-driven environment. I want to play competitively and improve myself. I want to learn and improve and grow as a player within a like-minded environment. Pure reflects the core ideals I am looking for in Raids and Progression and I would feel honoured to embody them.

What do you think you can bring to Pure and what do you expect of us as a guild?
I think I can be a valuable asset in the current healing roster that will promote critical thinking. I want to work together in a team to kill bosses and to improve one another. I want to improve as a player and refine my skills and I believe that pure is the right guild for me to achieve that as we share a common mindset.

How did you hear of Pure?
Wow Progress

Do you know anyone in Pure that can vouch for you?
Sadly No.
