What is your guild and raid history and what is the reason for leaving said guilds?
Catalyst - Tarren Mill - Most recent guild. Raided with them from the start of the expansion, with the first 2 tiers being on my Hunter, Sintry. Around the end of BoD, I started to realise that raid atmosphere really declined substantially towards the end of a tier and it became more and more toxic. I raised this with officers and they agreed that it was a problem during Jaina progress and an attempt was made to address this during TEP. Roll around to Zaqul and the exact same thing happened, except this time it was worse (imo). After Azshara this was again raised, but the officers this time did not agree with me. After some disagreements with the officers and multiple guild members, I decided it was time for us to part ways and left.

Huhuholics - Tarren Mill - This was my guild before Catalyst and I raided with them from HFC until the end of Nighthold when they disbanded. I raided on my hunter in HFC and rerolled to DH for the start of Legion. After the guild fell apart, I played the rest of the expansion casually, and only picked up raiding again in Uldir.

Esoteric - Balnazzar - This was back in Cataclysm. It was a 4 day raiding guild who were, at the time, the highest ranked on the server. We cleared BoT/BwD/ToFw as realm first on all of the end bosses. Then we went into Firelands and managed to achieve World 27th Beth'Tilac HC (It was really hard at the time) and finished the tier World 143rd. I stopped raiding after this due to school.

Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so, what is your raiding experience with your alts? My hunter has been my main for the vast majority of my wow career. I haven't played him much since the end of BoD, since the playstyle of the class combined with the absolutely volatile raid environment and poor guild performance on Jaina made me despise playing him. I am still fully capable of playing my hunter at a high level, but I would need to dust him off and gear him up and grab some essences.

Why do you want to join Pure and what goals do you have? Pure seems like an amazing guild with a good history and a view of raiding that aligns with my own. I enjoy raiding, but I don't enjoy sacrificing my life to progress at a decent pace and so I would love to join a guild like Pure that has shown they are capable of achieving great things on a 3 day schedule.

What do you think you can bring to Pure and what do you expect of us as a guild? Punctuality is a big thing for me. I am always on time for raids and never miss raids if it can be helped. I'm a consistent player and a quick learner, adapting to fights very quickly and learning tactics quickly as well. I am always prepared for raids with potions, flasks and food.
If I was to join, I would expect the same level of play that Pure has displayed consistently to be maintained and perhaps even improved upon, while also enjoying our time doing it. When it all comes down to it, this is a game, the progress is great, but in the end it means nothing if you hated every second.

How did you hear of Pure? I was browsing WoWProgress for guilds recruiting and found you.

Do you know anyone in Pure that can vouch for you? Unfortunately not.

Additional notes: Thank you for taking the time to read my application. I'll attach my hunters Logs here, although I think they've been messed up somehow in the WCL update a few weeks ago. During BoD I had all orange logs on every boss. https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/tarren-mill/sintry Uldir and HFC logs are probably the best indicators of how well I can perform on my hunter, although I don't know how to show the HFC logs.
