What is your guild and raid history and what is the reason for leaving said guilds?
Uldir: This was my first tier raiding in a guild called 'Hypoxic' on Ahn'Qiraj. It was a super casual guild at a world ranking of around 2000 and we disbanded shortly after Mythrax as most people didn't want to progress G'huun due to it being 'not worth the effort' and 'too hard'. (https://raider.io/guilds/eu/ahnqiraj/Hypoxic couldn't find it on wowprogress)
BoD: After my previous guild disbanded I joinded 'Curse of Years' on Arathor during Uldir farm and kept raiding with them until we killed Jaina. We ran into some issues on that boss, mostly because two of our healers got banned for abusing that XP-Pot bug that was around at the time and we managed to killed Jaina after more than 500 pulls. Since it took us so long to kill her and Crucible was right around the corner most of the raiders felt like taking a break which once again led to me leaving the guild because I wanted to raid and skipping a raid tier was not an option for me. CoS+TEP+Ny'Alotha: Ever since Crucible of Storms I've been raiding in the guild 'Last Resort' on Kazzak. We raid 3 days with roughly 12 hours a week and are currently lingering around a world rank of 200.
The main reason why I'm looking for a new guild is because I want something more competitive and more serious. I've improved alot over the course of the last year and slowly but surely feel like I'm in the wrong place. Meaning my goal is to constantly improve and get better as a player but also with my guild as a whole and seeing people not trying their best or not caring about the outcome of a raidnight is really frustrating. Where I look at raiding as a privileg and something I really enjoy doing some people in my guild look at it like a weekly chore that they have to do. Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so, what is your raiding experience with your alts?
I've only played my DH in mythic progression so far but I do have alts that I could play on should it be needed. Alts being DK and Warrior which I've played alot of M+ on and heroic raids in previous tiers.
Why do you want to join Pure and what goals do you have?
As I mentioned earlier I'm looking for something more competitve and serious. Looking at your raiding hours and the world ranking associated with it immediately tells me you're a very efficient guild with skilled and motivated players. I want to join Pure because I feel like its the perfect guild for people that want to clear content as fast as possible but still have a somewhat relaxed schedule with time for IRL stuff. Also from what I've gathered reading through your forums/guild info and looking at some of your killvideos it seems like you have a very good atmosphere within the guild and thats very important to me. Raiding times are the same as in my current guild so thats a perfect fit aswell.
When it comes to my goals I'm looking to keep on improving as a player individually but also as a valuable asset to the raid. I want to clear content fast and effecient while having a good time with the people I'm playing with.
What do you think you can bring to Pure and what do you expect of us as a guild?
Apart from playing my class at a very high level I'm an incredibly fast learner and I rarely make the same mistake twice. I'm a teamplayer and therefor always play in the best interest of the raid and not what gets me the best logs. I'm very passionate about the game and always try my best. I'm a very calm and rational person so talking to me about anything is never a problem. Outside of raiding I'm very active in the game and hope to connect with people outside of raids aswell. I expect the people I play with to always try and do their best aswell as staying motivated even when things aren't going so well.
How did you hear of Pure?
I've been looking for a new guild on wowprogress and yours seemed like the most promising one out of them.
Do you know anyone in Pure that can vouch for you?
I do not.
I do understand that its a fairly big jump in world ranks but if you're willing to offer me a trial I'd like to prove that I can compete at such a high level.
