Your warcraftlogs reports:
http://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/id/45058503 (most of the progress done has been at 215 ilvl with a 203 ilvl weapon). I've only got a mythic weapon this week ( you can see the fact that I was sort of undergeared if you sort by bracket)

What is your guild and raid history and what is the reason for leaving said guilds?
So I started playing wow during Legion as my real life friend got me into the game, before that I was more focused on fps games and a little pvp in wow here and there.
We decided to make a 2 day guild during ToS, and went from 6/9m, to CE in Antorus. We then changed to 3 days for the start of BfA and got rank 1300 ghuun, 580 jaina and 370 Azshara.
After that my guild disbanded as we missed the alliance famed (:S), so I decided I wanted to take a step up and go horde to improve and challenge myself as a player. I joined Stories-Stormscale where we did get some top100 progress, but eventually fell behind a little and disbanded on Nzoth. Afterwards, I finished the tier and reprogressed a little with Goodlife which was rank 260~, nothing to write home about.
For shadowlands, I was part of the officer team in a project called Inept-TarrenMill, which was promised top100 raiders and to challenge for that, however it became obvious that a lot of players were not capable of doing mechanics and focused on their dps and parses during progress.
We very quickly fell behind to what we thought was acceptable and the overall motivation just disappeared from everyone across the board. We also had to kick our GM/raid leader after first week of mythic and things just never really clicked in the officer team, but I do not want to get into details.
Me and a few others were just doing the right thing and sticking it out until we killed Sire, unfortunately a lot of other players started leaving and it was just a matter of time before we couldn't field a roster for a night.
Do you have any pertinent alts that could be of use? If so, what is your raiding experience with your alts?
Currently I have a monk thats 208 equipped and a DK at 195.
In Antorus, I played a rogue alt that I got Cutting Edge on with a weekend alt guild.
In Uldir, I played warlock for G'huun
In BoD, I had a ret paladin for bop on Activision boss.
In EP, I had a brewmaster alt ready for Orgozoa.
And in Nyalotha I alted a Warlock and a Unholy DK with some Havoc DH at the end

Why do you want to join Pure and what goals do you have?
My goals are very simple, keep improving and join a stable guild that aims for famed every tier.
What do you think you can bring to Pure and what do you expect of us as a guild?
Steady rate of progress and a progress oriented environment.
How did you hear of Pure?
Heard about you guys first when you recruited a fury warrior from STORIES during Nyalotha and that it went badly for him.
Do you know anyone in Pure that can vouch for you?
I am a very mechanically focused player and will prioritise those over padding or parsing. You can expect stuff like this:

I also bring years of officer experience, in a sense I know what it takes to be prepared and will not cause issues in that department.
If you have any other questions for me, feel free to ask and I can elaborate a lot more around any subject mentioned here.
